correct - and, nowhere does it say that the junior partner is the one who announces the appointments
no part of that is difficult really
here's a snip out of a news article --
"Barnaby Joyce has announced a new ministry line-up, with members expected to be sworn in on Friday."
now - just read those words - those first words --
"Barnaby Joyce has announced a new ministry line-up"
here's my point ------------- do those words sound right?
where in the past have we heard anyone other than the PM say
I've announced a new ministry line up????????
look - I might be wrong - but, it just doesn't sound right at all -
PM's normally are the ones who announce changes to the cabinet which the PM heads
there's something wrong here -- there's something that's different
do you disagree???
