Not as much because you are right its away from the waters edge.
I think like many mines the environmental aspects can be more easily mitigated further afield. However its a bit hit and miss with drilling and you can surely assume previous owners have rolled out a decent drilling program to ensure its not of REE worth to add to existing export stock and instead seek its sale imo. Just a logical assumption though and from the drilling we see has already been undertaken.
