4. Who (if anyone) is the company in partnership with?

That's what Hamptons is so interesting, yet confounding. There must be someone behind this, presumably a corporate, that TTB sees merit in partnering with, where presumably the overall benefit will exceed more than the explicit $6m TTB receive over 3 years. Management and Board wouldn't be going into this without a well though through plan. Cannot wait to read who is behind it.
