Yes agreed, might be better for the company for him not to convert but doesn't explain why he didn't convert. Acting in the best interests of the company perhaps?(or half & half)
At least he finally has some skin in the game now and can call himself a shareholder. Also good to see those CN's gone, hopefully that's all of them now.
