Sorry, I know as much as you and just picked this up from the BY report. Could be an animal or human trial, who knows. Both Paul and Jeannie are on record as saying they were very confident that the IND would open, so obviously didn't foresee this.
I guess they are trying to balance between disclosure and revealing commercially sensitive information. Everyone says PR is of the highest integrity, however we just clocked through a year without an independent Chairnan. I would like this in place yesterday as previously outlined. It just gives an added layer of protection.
