accumulation

Hi all ady followers. I know there are many who are chartists and who follow technicals. I tend to look more at company fundamentals and probable future. Some may say gambling. I have a question on accumulation? Is it just me or is there some serious capping/accumulating going on with ady. There is 10 mil to sell at 2.4 and a combined total od 23 mil to buy at 2.1, 2.2. I really don't see how it could be traders with news imminent one way or another. I know the percentages are there but is it really worth the risk with what this co has on offer short and long term. All opinions welcome
