We seem to have a case where one country rolls a I/O company and promises the deposit to another. On that bases the second company is going to spend $8 or so bn with no I/O????

Mng having shares is a good incentives for them to get a return.

If they win the the case the $ damages can be distributed to SH.

The length of the court case will be about the same as opening the mine. So possible return in same timeframe???
