Im in similar position to Optimus, $2.08, 20% of my portfolio, one of the best buys ive ever made, banks where much too risky for me at the time.
Just because Sydney is now in a lock-down doesn't mean things are deteriorating, its being handled, its just a matter of when things get back to normal, maybe another year.
Rents will go back to where they were, property valuations also, safer than houses.
