    Fair enough, I'm always interested in a different opinion and respect it.

    My view is roughly summarized as:

    Industrial property leveraged to e-commerce and data centres is the pick of the property plays. On that note - Goodman Group (GMG) is the best pick for this.

    Australian big four banks are a great play - the government rigs the system to ensure the banks win (even in the middle of a global pandemic).

    If shit hits the fan, the government will happily let property trusts like SCG go broke, well before they let any banks fail.

    Shopping centres are past their prime and the only value they offer to consumers are 'experience lead consumerism'. The old idea of bricks and mortar retail is a very poor investment.

    Any of the trusts with an exposure to office are going to be in a world of pain over the next 5 years.
