Yes I remember PM Capital got caught with DNA so thats a very good analogy to SIT.

I thought SIT was a much easier play execution wise. Just sell the land and bank the cash how hard could it be. Dont develop, dont delay, dont value-add just sell the land and SIT shareholders will still be happy.
