These cases show the difficulty of dealing with a situation where someone has successfully made themselves annoymous. If someone claims to be that person you cant prove legally that they are not and when the court case eventually gets there we shall see someone claiming to be that person cannot legally prove that they are

It also should be noted that BTC will continue on no matter what happens in court . It cannot be stopped without turning off the entire internet everywhere for ever
