There is NO decision, thats why we are in a halt to stop the speculation. The judge must have taken all the evidence under advisement and potentially stated that he will rule on the decision within the next 24 -48hrs, this is NOT a done deal. Something must be worrying him, If it was that clear cut to us why would it not have been announced already?
Take the Rose coloured glasses off and look at this in a balanced way. I have my life riding on this so of course I want it to happen, I am just not prepared to get excited until it does, hence the reason for the trading halt as you are all getting excited!!
