No obvious connection to Splitit at this stage but it definitely highlights the potential the SPT technology has to be integrated across many use cases. Not just B2C.
Put simply, once integrated with Visa API, Splitit’s technology has the potential to be offered to banks such as Goldman in multiple use cases.
We are yet to see the full capability of the technology being developed by Splitit. I honestly believe this is why we have seen slow merchant onboarding, because there is potentially a bigger and better use case for Splitit on the way.
Don’t think for one minute that Splitit is just like any other BNPL.
