OMG can you believe it - BMV is using its own version of QE to acquire the other half of those former SAU "assets" ... printing an extra 200m BMV shares (worth 3/5 of 5/8 of F'all) .... but no cash .... after months of negotiation / mediation / hype here we are ..... LOL.
So, with winter approaching after another Summer of shareholder discontent .... this ever shrinking mini-titanic continues its drift in search of an iceberg, with the same captain panglossian and his merry mates happily secure locked down in Aussie.
Cant wait till we get another masterclass in spin about how this announcement is another "great leap forward" from the silver tongued MD.
