Just reading through a couple of the SpringTree Capital/SpringTree Investment/Abundance Portfolios directors portfolios, experience and performance and they seem fairly reasonable and have been around quite a while in the markets and have participated in capital raisings in the both US and Aust/NZ.
With the company incorporated only a few days ago and suggestions that they don't adequate capital behind them, leads one to worry.
As long as they pay and hopefully hold their shares after conversion, I guess the shareholders shouldn't worry.
