If he is true to his word on timing we should have an announcement before start tomorrow. 7am our time would be 5.00pm Tuesday in Quebec, plenty of time to know and have penned a comms. As I have said previously, he has something to deliberate over and this is "not in the bag". If it was that simple he would have told the others to piss off yesterday. I will believe it when I see it, and only then after we hear they are not continuing to pursue to the supreme court.
