Why would they convert now at 30c? This is why Im asking how much the diamond drilling program is costing in total - 6M shares converted at 15c is 900K (part payment), I'm assuming the other part is coming from Jimmy (is it 50/50?)?
How do you know it's not worthwhile for them to cash out now? it's only part payment...no one knows how much the other part is in $$$
So we are all meant to assume that the drilling company is going to wait until 30c, when the share price is going south?
