2021 BRN Discussion, page-14579

I had an interesting question from someone on this forum whoasked me how certain I was of my opinions regarding BRN, which lead me to my10c price target.

My argument is based on what I consider established andsimple investment rules: Most start-ups fail. Most start-ups that fail dragdown a lot of (especially retail) investors. The sentiment, even on the waydown, typically remains overwhelmingly positive. Most investors buy into a fallingknife, justifying that this decreases their average entry price. Investorsblame short sellers, the press, down-rampers for the ongoing share price drop.

I could, of course, be totally wrong. It could be that BRN willturn out to be one of the very few companies that defy these rules, and willbecome spectacularly successful and rain riches on all its die-hard supporters.

The point though is this: If I am wrong, I lose nothing.There is always a new bull market somewhere. If the die-hard supporters who havebet heavily on BRN all the way down are wrong, they will suffer major financial losses up to personal bankruptcy.

I know which position I feel more comfortable in.
