Sorry Ricky but I am a baby boomer and I have had the AZ and am due for the second early July. Most of my friends and acquaintances are in the same position. I also didn't screw up house prices and I am all for climate action. Try blaming the current lot of pollies (some exceptions) and the middle class welfare scheme created by John Howard (of which I have had some benefit since retiring). When I bought my first Unit I used to live on eggs , caught buses, bought second hand furniture and most of my contemporaries at the time when they bought their houses, used sheets at the windows and didn't buy new furniture and usually lived off one income. Yes, I have been lucky and I do sympathise with young people today but some of them are doing really well because they are sensible about money.
