My gut feeling here is that this announcement was rushed.
Not price sensitive, not much information on the announcement. Go and look at some of the companies on their uk site and you can see that some of them don't even advertise Hum as an option when checking out yet.
I think management are doing everything they can to get this done but we're still a long way from tapping into those markets they are talking about. All imo, still holding.
