I’m unsure whether there was a “delay”… A delay as you expected this to be turned around in a week?
30days is an incredibly short period of time in the scientific community. Things can’t be rushed. Details have to be precise and thorough.
I just think maybe you (and perhaps other mkt participants) had misguided timeline expectations…
