It's all well and good but no one will go to prison or be penalised in any meaningful way. It's just ASIC being forced to been seen to take action to make it seem like this type of corporate financial activity is not tolerated in the Australian market.Nothing will come of it in the end...... All the while the shareholders take the losses.
