what MA has done is

- killed the rise of SP and Shareholder wealth by doing a BIG untimely CR and
- Fast track .. the timeline has NOT been changed .. omg do people even read the announcements..

if the insto are so eager to get a piece and there are cut backs to their allocation .. why is the share price still below the CR price? Shouldn’t they be fighting each other to get in..
