Not saying I'm right, but it fits the bill. It was obvious with Lynch and it seems obvious with Harney.
I'm curious on this comment from you -
"I agree that in some/ most companies directors may be freely given shares/ options. That is the reason I am not invested in them."
In RAC just recently the CEO/MD and CSO/ED were both given attractive annual salaries, potential bonus, and (IMO) a very large amount of options. What makes RAC different?
