Brilliant news. I see this as a significant upside. The potential listing price represents at least 7x their book value for CDM (not currently included at market value in their books) - given DeepGreen previously raised pre-IPO capital at US$10 per share and CDM acquisition cost of US$1.38 per share. If trading in TMC/DeepGreen shares jump significantly, this will benefit CDM immensely - within weeks.
Henry Jennings named CDM as a 'sleeper stock' in a podcast episode last week (17/06/2021) due to this investment it has. Recommend listening to that episode.
Add to that, I've just seen the latest director buy yesterday of another 30k shares, alongside his daily buys of small amounts.
