surely that process and action would be illegal. That process of buying shares (or selling shares) by an institution which has been approached for a CR, would be in possession of Inside Info?
Because the market would not have been informed of a CR?
In addition, a process as you describe would surely be manipulative and in breach of Corps Act and ASX rules?
