re the bot, I'm sure they're buying more than 2000/day - there are lots of small buys but when someone puts shares on offer close to the last price it buys then ASAP, so I think it's buying (or at least trading) a large % of the daily volume.

re drilling holes, yes I'm pretty sure it only takes about a week to drill a well at EOK. Cheap and shallow - try doing that in Bass Strait or the Bowen Basin :-)
