Late to the party, but here goes.

EVERYONE knew there was a CR coming in some form or other.

You have had 35 days to sell your shares since the announcement in relation to the Investor Presentation.

If you are holding now and you are upset by the situation it is more than likely because you felt the opportunity cost of selling and waiting for the CR was too high due to all of the impending news (ML, MSEZ, updated BFS etc etc etc).

Basically, you were probably more greedy than ignorant.

Yes, $0.13c is a poor result given all of the assurances and chest thumping from management, but an even poorer result would be not getting the extra 15% of the mine.

How big is the resource? $1 billion? $5 billion? $10 billion?

Even at a valuation of $500m, 15% is worth $75m. And we are getting it for $30m which is a 60% discount on a $500m valuation.

I agree, there should have been a larger offer to existing holders, and maybe some incentive with some sort of escrow on options, but it is what it is.

I will be trying to get my full allocation of shares, and I will increase my holdings on market at $0.13c with increasing sized orders down to $0.10c.

I did mention previously in a post I am not a big believer in "gaps needing to be closed", and observed that we did have a gap from $0.10c to $0.11c.

If someone is going to offer me shares at that price, I will definitely help take them.
