It appears that today TNT has reached the end of the financial year without
announcing any additional acquisitions. I guess there's a very small
chance ASX may release an after-market announcement in the next
few hours, but this seems unlikely.
I think this implies a huge achievement, because it suggests TNT have been
able to achieve their forecast $150m+ revenue run-rate purely from
organic growth, not through needing to make additional acquisitions. But as
an even bigger upside, they advised the market 8 days ago that their EOFY
run-rate will actually be much higher at ~$180m/y, (based on the expected
June 2021 revenue of $15m, annualised)
Given that TNT reported their March revenue was $9.1m, TNT's monthly
revenue has therefore increased from $9.1m to $15m in three months,
or a ~64% increase. Some of this increase will be due to the Secure Logic
acquisition (~$0.75m per month) which was finalised in April, but clearly
most must be from organic growth. Surely that is an absolutely stunning
result !!!! ? It starts to makes sense when JC in his last interview referred
to their latest quarterly numbers as "dwarfing" those in previous quarters.
All IMHO, DYOR
