True, although this is common for a lot of companies. I'm sure they have valid reasons, perhaps they think shareholders will get spooked by an announced delay whereas some holders will hold their ground and try and seek information that hasn't been released. I've seen some comms in action and they prefer not to announce something until it's 100% clear, so they wouldn't want to go it's delayed without a strong confirmation of when the new milestone will be. I still think wordsmiths could write an update that refers to a delay without referring to it in a negative light.
