We will never know as they don't publish the price, and yes, it is their product.
Why on earth would Wagners trademark EFC if they weren't selling it. Sure, they might bid for projects with EFC in mind, but how can you possible say they don't sell it as a product.
Especially when their own 2020 Yearly Report states:
EFC® will be available from all Wagners’ concrete plants across South-East Queensland.
The website states:
Wagners have been an industry leader in the production and delivery of premixed concrete for over 30 years.

EFC is only in its 17th year.

They even interview a customer who talks about workability - why would a customer care about workability if they buy a project designed and built by Wagners?

This video literally claims the same barriers in breaking into the concrete industry as have been said of Edencrete that you and your mates scoff at.

Here's their brochure claiming EFC is available for Residential and commercial projects. It seems kind of like mainstream projects.

It's almost as if Wagners were actually concerned that Edencrete might take some of their markets.
