Did anyone else find the below excerpt from the recent gold coast investor roadshow presentation by trafford a bit confusing. It implies the current share prices is trading at a huge discount to the sum of the constituent parts of TRF....but the "Ironclad value" and the "Robust value" do not actually represent the value of these investments per trf share...so how can you just add them?
