You are right to defend by saying tis not nothing.
But there are plenty of concerns.

    1.
Its not recognised as the "stablised rate"
You need approx 60 days for that.

    2.
Standard graphs will show that a stabilised rate of 2.0mmcfd is still odinary JUST to recover well cost. This is also with higher rates of return. LOK = 30cents Gj

    3.
I was geneorus in saying that you will get 1.3 for the first three years and 0.65 for the next twenty.

    4.
Other frac zones - there are big questions that these even have upside. For now - judge what has been done.

For now - if you get nothing else - you want an update on the flow rate. THIS IS THE BEST QUESTION YOU CAN GET ANSWERED - IF YOU ARE DECIDING ON THE ISSUE.

Initial rates can increase when frac fluids clear OR they can decrease as the artificial increase in pressure subsides.

NOTE- LKO did NOT update you on flow rates. Can you imagine they would not of told you if the number were good??????
