At a first glance, I don’t particularly like this development. As recently as two months ago, the Company had said that growth would be funded organically from cash flow, without the need to raise extra capital, and now they’re drawing debt at a 9% pa interest rate? While it doesn't break the investment thesis in and of itself, this adds a layer of undesired risk for me, so I’ve trimmed my holding accordingly.
