    Another institution buying at the top and selling at the bottom. They are no different from Mum's and Dad's.

    I am curious as to why traders are stepping up to the palte at around the 4 level with such a huge overhang of stock at this level. I am wondering wehther some "tip Sheet" may have put out a buy.

    Any suggestions?
