An issue I encountered at a woolies store and spoke to the manager about it was, the check out person was scanning all variants of the shots as one group. So I bought six of each the immune and gut but they scanned the first gut and then entered 12 units!

Not sure if this has happened before as I'm usually loading the bags/trolley but makes sense as to why Immune was always out of stock but their system would say they had some on the shelves.

Also, if one of you can help me out. What's the best contact details for FOD for a reply to an email?
