Do not engage your jet pack just yet. No one has doubted that there is some form of relationship between Brainchip and ARM. What is still very much in play is what form does it take. As I see it and others may have additional possibilities there are four possible scenarios playing out in what we have seen:

1. ARM and Brainchip had something in mind at the time Nvidia announced its takeover offer and just as it happened when Angel Playing Cards made the takeover bid for GPI the Brainchip final contract was shelved;

2. The ARM employees who were aware of Brainchip and who were unhappy about the Nvidia deal and the China fiasco decided based on their knowledge of the Brainchip advantage to throw the dice and join the Brain Train.

3. ARM is an undisclosed EAP customer;

4. A combination of all or any three above.

We know that 2. above is real and we actually have the ARM people to prove it in such numbers as to be more than simple chance.

The podcast on 6 July, 2021 absent a price sensitive ASX announcement will only provide pointers and dots for us to join much like the DELL Technologies podcast.

I will give you this.

They say where there is smoke there is fire and its a dead certainty when you also have heat accompanying the smoke that at the moment there is smoke and I think I can feel it warming up and if I am correct the best idea is to stand well back because when the door opens and the oxygen in the room hits the fire there will be a lot of people blown away by the outcome but the welded on long term investors will be very content.
