No Jogo .... having survived the KoolAid, I feel a duty to call out this lifestyle company that strangely has so many panglossian followers, at least on HC .... the market remains distinctly disinterested.
Some of the statements (from BMV ) highlight what a lawyers picnic this whole process has been (what were SAU costs ???) , and with BMV claiming they got SAU's assets really cheap .... so SAU got legal bills and BMV wall paper and no much needed cash to pay senior manager and the overblown BOD. SAU has its own job keeper program which has no performance hurdles.
BMV is crowing that the acquisitions were even cheaper after the original convoluted formula for estimating the "value of the assets" was "reduced by 50% for good measure" and then BMV paid SAU of with paper money they printed costing them nothing ... well done BMV.
It amazes me that you can cast aspersions on GPR's value ... "there's better value elsewhere .... " despite other regarding it as one of the most undervalued secure projects BUT have no words of criticism for this bunch of Disallowed salesmen who are only good at manufacturing excuses and promises and continue with the meme that "there has to be gold in Korea and we are best placed to find it ....." Past performance is no predictor of future performance except when your speaker about perennial losers.
