Just checking whether the preclinical BC results that we received a few months back, determine what dosage is appropriate going forward for the clinical trials?
Like you've mentioned before, 7 days (250 mg/m2/d) followed by consolidation, might be better than a single (320 mg/m2 once every three weeks)?
And that is, in theory, to take ( FTO and topoisomerase II) inhibition advantage during the 7 consecutive days?
