A quick google search for large scale studies around this issue seems to imply that EVs are inconclusively more or less damaging to the environment than ICE vehicles if their grid power comes primarily from coal (as in a few countries like Poland and Australia), conclusively better when their grid power comes from gas, and obviously much much better if their grid power comes from renewables/nuclear. (The selfish urban/local benefit also being that even with a fossil fuel source, burning the fuel in a power station elsewhere is nicer than burning it all in noisy small ICEs right next to your house/workplace)

Regardless, I don't think you'll find too many in this particular forum who disagree with you regarding the massive health/environmental benefits we can get from replacing coal with nuclear, particularly in Australia where it still makes up a large part of our national mix

Anyway, lovely to see Boss creeping up bit by bit. I'm hoping the ~month of downward action is over and we'll soon see BOE back up near 20c as the Sprott takeover begins, especially on the back of the excellent and informative field study release and Crux interview.
