Nice amount of shares to hold once converted. I like the terms as I’m sure it’s easier to be able to buy the smaller amount more often than suddenly forking over a huge amount without selling any shares to do so.
even if SP “only” goes to 10x from here that’s be $18.4 million. Retirement for David Fuller right there. Life changing for everyone.
