Viktoria Krain had 29.646 mil at the beginning of 2020.
Jason Krigsfeld (Read The Book A/C) held 25 mil at the beginning of 2021. Krigsfeld held the control of Read The Book Trust. Jason Krigsfeld also held 3.889 mil in his own name.
Read The Book Trust goes to 52.16 mil in July 1 2021. Now Krain has control of Read The Book Trust. Then Read The Book Trust goes to 57.42 on amendment also on 1 July 2021.
Krain moved control of the 30.1 mil shares but not the voting rights to Krigsfeld then back the to Krain. Krigsfeld's switched the trust effectively leaving Krain with voting rights for 30.1 mil shares. Now Krain has the 52.42 mil shares, now 57.42 mil.
Interesting that Viktoria's name is spelt Krain in the Annual Report but Kraine in the notice of substantial shareholder.
I expect Viktoria was in the market again buying today. It's a Kosher thing. Don't get me started on Gil Don, Splitit Payments Ltd Escrow or Alon Feit.
Either way, half the stock was not purchased cheaply and the increase in holding by Krain was at similar prices to most of the shareholders holding now. They too want to hold their position in the stock.
The movement down over the last few months effectively cleaned out a lot of traders. Only the longer term players (including our good friend Vamos) are left in. Therefore, when this goes on it's next run, the upside is huge and the path much easier to sustain.
