yes certainly effectively doubling the share capital but look at the array of tenements Uranium and Geothermal picked up as well as the cash injection makes MKY a much larger company with greater number of prospects.
Researching the tenements in some cases individual tenements make up for the dilution, SK Energy are throwing cash in as they know the potential for U there and their cash is just for the rights to purchase the U of MKY.

cash to push exploration along.....and with this imagine the sp with just one decent find?

pretty much means MKY are set for all the exploration dollars they need all the way up to being a full blown U producer WOW
