Well i understand the reason for breaking up the sales as he will be taxed last financial year and the Next. I don't see his as alarming at all. I think that he is entitled to take a few shares off the table do what ever they please. He earned this money so let it be.
How many of you scavengers have sold and bought secretly with out a squeak and I'm sure it's likely more shares in the overall volume then the founder lol.
will there be some negative reaction maybe but the logical invested will see and understand the bigger picture.
If there is going to be a lot of activity in the next half of the year I would say Peter will not be able to sell shares so in hind sight he is taking a bit of a pay before the chips are out and buisness activies will have material impacts and they will be in a black out period
