An "innocent question" isn't just about the content of the question. It's about how often the question is asked, and how readily available the answer to the question is. It's contextual.

Take, for example, the classic downramper's question..."what are the delays to the commissioning about?".

Seems, on the surface, a perfectly reasonable question to ask. But in the context of the question having already been put to the forum ad nauseum, and in the context that nobody on the forum can reasonably be expected to have an answer to it, it's simply inviting negative speculation (and therefore placing downward pressure on the short-term SP). Downramping, in other words.

Maybe in some case, it genuinely is a innocent (if daft) enquiry. But don't expect holders with their hard-earned on the line to sit idly by while innocent dummies and less than innocent downrampers/Greens try to destroy their investment.
