Great to have informative - helpful posts from "dartboard, duc, davcorr, whitelight, marut" especially.
Naturally we still rely on Miningnut, Stone Pny and Flats too.

The great thing with these people is that AVM followers are kept up-to-date and informed.

It has been suggested that past history indicates AVM has "made the grade".
Track record of competent management, preserving investors capital, puting pieces together in an intelligent and measured manner.

With the completion of Stage 2 - any day now - and subsequent ramping up Anvil management will at last have profits and cash flow which will enable them to fast track more developments.

We have been informed that Kapulo is now being drilled.
Another potential mine near Dikukushi to be drilled soon after.
Aquisition of drilling equipment may be soon - to fast track exploration.
Gecamine negotiations ongoing and look like being successful - to expect announcement this quarter.
Staffing being increased and managed in a manner that suggests Anvil management is already gearing up for capitalising on exploration success and Gecamine agreement.
Profits after successful ramp up of Stage two to increase considerably.
After two quarters of minor mining hiccups the impending increase in profits should surprise on the upside.
Listing in Canada to give Anvil Management a capacity to fast track Gecamine or other mines into production.

As to the suggestion that Anvil is less of a trade - More of an investment?
Tis probably worthy of trading but more suitable to buy and hold.

Some are already buying on the basis that Anvil is fast becoming a significant mining company with potential to move quickly - with share price to follow accordingly.

Certainly holders of very large holdings - millions - who contribute to Hotcopper have been - and are - long term holders.

Personally am expecting very positive results - with January 2005 being targeted as a time of strong move in share price. (My guess).
Not that the share price should be lazy along the way.

    Cheers
