the capital reduction of 10:1 has been in play for the last few weeks, and none have traded on the deferred settlement basis. the new 1 for 10 cau shares start trading next week (so you have 10% of what you had before).
a sp somewhere between 10-15c is my guess on the open. it has to be a buy at these levels, why else have all these verty, very well connected asian moguls jumped aboard cau with massive shareholdings and oppies positions?
at 10c these guys are only breaking even on the millions of $ they have put in, and they will be well underwater unless they can generate a market in the new cau stock. how will they do that? pumping the new entity full of profits and distribution contracts seems the best way, and they seem to have the contacts and network in asia to do that. very very interesting 6 months ahead for cau holders that want to look forward instead of back.
