This is becoming all too common. Take it back 20 years ago, You could just tell one of these idiots to go RTFM - read the fcking manual right... but since then the leftists have babied these kids - that are now adults who essentially are still big babies. They were pandered to with every single stupid thing they did and now in 2021 this person thinks they are a normal function adult. Nothing could be further from the truth. These people DONT LEARN, they need to be told over and over and over again. They dont even try to understand, they want to be told certain words which they will not understand anyway - but blame everyone else for their learning difficulties. (its why the world is fcked and filled with these idiots right now)
You can tell them whatever you want, they will always play victim and go with a bit of emotional black mail just to keep hammering a point until they hear what they want to hear. The truth doesn't mean shit to them. They are the type you can explain why water is wet but they keep going BUT WHY !!! and will keep doing it until you give them an answer - like a child.
