@Realinvestor1 Strong Concur my brother. Thanks for chiming in. My friend rang Peter Schubert yesterday, and said he believes there's an issue with the NPV, but Peter stated he wouldn't comment on it as it was completed by a third party.
Our understanding/maths lands us here.

NPV = NET present value. Total Life of the Mine.
Annual REVENUE = Yearly Profit Revenue

Going off those Calcs, a total NPV of 297m over 30 years, would give you an annual profit of $9.9Million / year.
Do they mean the 297M NPV is actually the Annual Revenue, and they've used incorrect wording?
Or, is the NPV correctly stated, and its only going earn 9m / year as it stands, and then increase during optimised PFS.

In no way downramping, have held since 0.005 and accumulated a kings ransom (in my world) of the stock.
