Maybe it has to be pointed out also to the uninitiated… but from July 1 a blackout period would apply to BRN and most other listed companies. So very possible during or following that, some big news that is scheduled to arrive does, and Peter would perhaps been seen as insider trading. So if he needed cash now or soon, the last few days were his only real opportunity to sell.
